Appointments and enquiries

Making an enquiry does not automatically create an appointment. We will confirm any booking with you separately. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eva Clinic is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Regulatory information

Our dentists are registered with the General Dental Council (GDC), 37 Wimpole Street, London W1G 8DQ, www.gdc-uk.org, and follow the GDC’s Standards for the Dental Team. Doctors providing our medical services, once these are introduced, will be registered with the General Medical Council (GMC), www.gmc-uk.org, and follow its Good Medical Practice. You can check any clinician’s registration on the public GDC and GMC registers.

Medical emergencies
